The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was decent.
The room was poorly cleaned and had dirty dishes left behind. The advertised fireplace was unusable with no way to light it.

I had a great stay on vacation and I'm glad I chose this hotel. the location was amazing, and it was only 4 km away from Five Tree Hill. the room was bright and had a pullout couch. the staff were courteous and accommodating with any questions I had.
